Our role extends post-handover, as we offer end to end operational services, including F&B, maintenance, engineering management, housekeeping, security, health & safety and consumable management.

AAA Grade Real Estate – We lease the best commercial properties in every market
Table Space acquires Grade A compliant Buildings across major commercial corridors in metro cities. Inventory acquisition is completed post a detailed compliance and technical due diligence. Each building needs to have all approvals and government sanctions in place.
Table Space leases the inventory from builders/landlords and further subleases it out to corporate clients basis their custom requirement on a long-term basis. Currently we operate in excess of 1.5 million square feet across the 5 cities.

DESIGN
We design and build private offices for large corporates
Table Space has integrated technology into our design and build function so as to build in transparency, speed, efficiency and increased productivity. Table Space does not prebuild its offices. All design and build is undertaken specific to each enterprise requirement. Our design technology helps to generate various efficient design options and the same are converted into 3D in a matter of seconds to aid visual understanding. The Table Space model builds out common infrastructure and amenities across the centre/building which is shared within multiple tenants so as to increase design efficiency so that every tenant utilises only that much real estate as is required by them to run their production seats.
BUILD
We customise and build enterprise grade office in 45 – 60 days
The Build function again is integrated with technology to provide transparency and information dissemination to all at a click of a button. We use high quality A grade fit out make and model to build our offices. The client is given log in details into the build platform to track the 60-day build process. All delays in execution or delay in terms of inventory supply are mapped onto the platform which auto calculates a mitigation plan. All GFC plans and details are uploaded to aid collaboration between client and the Table Space team.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
We operate your office through Technology, delivering unmatched employee experience
Table Space looks after the day-to-day running of the office operations under the fully managed model. Table Space is also responsible for maintenance, repair and upgrade of the office infrastructure. Again this function is integrated with technology to provide transparency, efficiency and speed to the function. The client is given log in details into the asset management platform to track the day to day operational process. Reports are generated on a regular basis and shared with client as per requirement.
