SINGLE POINT VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Table Space is the single point of contact to our clients across the design, build and operate process. The client does not have to manage multiple vendors or manage multiple payment process. Table Space manages all the vendors at the backend to provide the best and a seamless office experience.
A Table Space lease can be structured as per the client requirement from a min 3-year lock in to up to 5years. Since the client has not invested any capex towards the fit out there is no amortization required. What this means is a client can typically terminate the contract post the lock-in period if required instead of amortizing the fit out capex across 7 to 9 years.
